My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and had a lovely garden view, but unfortunately, the carpet was soaked, likely from the previous guests. The service was top-notch, with a truly professional approach and excellent customer service. The location was convenient, being on the Buda side of the city and within walking distance of a mall with great eateries.
